Ingredients

 

  • Mango 2 pieces
  • Carrots : 100 Gr
  • Mint leaves
  • Shallots : 5 pieces
  • Sugar : 1 teaspoon
  • Salt : 1 teaspoon
  • Peanuts : 50 Gr
  • Dried shrimps : 50 Gr

 

 

Instructions

 

  1. peel the Mangoes and sliced them into julienne style
  2. do the same with the carrots
  3. thinly slice the shallots
  4. chop the mint leaves
  5. crush the peanuts
  6. add all these vegs in a big bowl then mix by hand adding the salt, the sugar and the mint leaves
  7. gently add some shrimps and peanuts
  8. place that bowl in the fridge for the next 15 minutes
  9. it’s ready to go !

  • Choose 2 ripe but firm mangoes
